Internationally Educated Engineers (IEE) Program
Today, many internationally educated engineers are working in various non-engineering jobs because they do not have a proper license to practice engineering in Canada. Many internationally educated engineers are not aware of the process or requirements to earn their licenses and practice engineering in Canada. EPIC has developed a program with a focus on informing and assisting internationally educated engineers to help them earn their professional engineering license.
EPIC offers a series of exam preparation courses to help prepare candidates who are writing the technical exams required by the provincial engineering associations. In addition, EPIC offers a tutoring service, peer review of reports, interview preparation assistance as well as various information sessions explaining how the process works, what needs to be done and tips on how to maximize your chances of success.

Technical Exam Preparation Program
As part of the requirements to obtain a professional engineer’s license in Canada, internationally educated engineers are required to have their academic qualifications assessed by the respective provincial professional engineering association. If they are found to have any deficiencies, they are required to write one or more technical exams before they can be eligible to earn their license.
The Technical Exam Preparation Program is offered in both a live classroom environment for those living in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and as Distance Education via the internet for everybody across Canada.

Information Sessions and Open House (for GTA area)
As part of the Internationally Educated Engineer program, EPIC offers several, low cost information sessions designed to help participants find the information they need regarding the process to apply for and earn their professional engineering license as well provide a forum for the participants to get answers to their questions.
