Register for a Course
There are several ways you can register for an EPIC Program:
Call our Registrar at 1-888-374-2338 ext. 222 and register over the phone.
Download and print out a registration form, complete it and fax or mail it to us. You can either edit the forms directly and then print them off or you can print them and then write in the information.
To download the form, right click on the preferred format link and select "Save Target As"
OR
Fill out and submit our Secure Registration Form Online.
EPIC reserves the right to cancel or change the date or location of its events. EPIC’s responsibility will under no circumstances exceed the amount of the fee collected.
